Carpathia Software

Is a modern, easier to learn and use version of Xenetech software. Carpathia shares the same plate driven concept, that makes large volume, variable data jobs easier than any other software available. Carpathia is the only software that can open Xenetech job files and import Xenetech logos, providing you with a path not only to a modern engraving software but the ability to run newer equipment as well. Carpathia can send jobs directly to a Xenetech laser without the need of a print driver. Carpathia can run a Xenetech rotary engraving system that has been upgraded the Wardco R1 electronics.

Laser parts

Wardco carries most laser parts including belts, bearings, sensors, power supplies, etc. We try to refer directly to suppliers for higher cost items rather than marking them up and providing no extra value. If you prefer you can purchase things like optics, laser recharges, and power supplies through us with a markup.

The two components that can not be replaced with new equipment are the touch screens, and the main control boards. Virtual pendant can be used to replace a touch screen. We do have limited numbers of used control boards.

Since Xenetech closed there is no longer a way to unlock the laser print driver. If you need to run a Xenetech laser from Coreldraw, Illustrator, autocad, etc. you can use the Carpathia print driver to send jobs to the Xenetech laser.

Rotary parts

We refer to Quality One Engravers for most consumable rotary parts not carried by Ben.

The tables built starting in mid 1995 are extremely well built and can be serviced indefinitely. The electronics, either microstepper, or Viper, contain boards that are no longer built or supported. We can service power supplies and other components in those systems, but if there is a board level problem, a Wardco R1 electronics upgrade is the best option. That controller runs with Carpathia software which can open your old Xenetech job files and import you Xenetech logos.
